You pay us for our expertise and insight. We are able to know what will work for your business and what won’t work because we have had years of experience producing results for clients. If your marketing agency poses an idea that seems odd to you or counterintuitive, please understand that they are making the suggestion based on insight and understanding of the data. We begin every discovery process with research… research about your business, your competitors, keywords, your goals, demographics, and geographics, but the market and consumer behavior are unpredictable and we need to accumulate data before we can make informed decisions about your strategy. Please allow us about 12 weeks to collect data and we will communicate what we think is necessary to make your campaigns succeed.

You need to be clear about what your goals are – is a conversion a phone call? Is it a signed contract? What is the funnel to take a lead to money in the bank for your company? Honesty with yourself and with your agency is important because we will understand your expectations and you will understand what your company needs to do to make your leads become clients & customers.
